Shipping

We ship to all locations within the UK.

Jot is a small, family-run online and pop-up bookshop. We aim to ship orders twice a week - Mondays & Thursdays.

Exceptions may occur during holiday periods and will be clearly disclosed on our homepage. 

All parcels are sent Tracked 48 and should take 2-3 days to reach you after posting.

Packaging

All our books come hand-wrapped in newsprint paper with assorted stickers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in checkout by weight and closely follow Royal Mail price guides for Tracked 48 Large Letters and Small Parcels.

 

Returns

You can request to return your item for 30 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Jot Bookshop, 32 Dorset Avenue, Manchester, M14 7WR at the customer's cost.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
